gaypornninjaYou guys know stuff. Is there word that means an experience that you wish had not happened to you but that you wouldn't take back because of what you learned from it/gained from it?
For example, I would not take back the birth of my little brother, even though it basically ruined a lot of stuff for me, and was very difficult, and that's not something I would wish on someone else. [But I'm still happy about it! I love him!]
Roommate agrees this sounds like it should be a German word. Anyone?
