They said it was confirmed Tim would be in the reboot universe but no one knows where according to a DC official.

I'm not sure if that is a definite - the other rumor I heard was Morrison is going to kill him as part of the Leviathan story line but that would reset anyway I think? Last I see is Tim in charge of the Outsiders. I really don't know right now!! :(
